If you are dissatisfied with your purchase return it within 30 days for a full refund. Also, our Champagne Opener is unconditionally warranted for 5 years. Do not attempt to repair a broken opener. To obtain a replacement (no questions asked), simply return your broken opener to:

Warranty within 12 Months from Date of Purchase:

If your Champagne Opener breaks please return for replacement free of charge.
Simply email a copy of your on-online order with a snapshot of your broken opener.

Warranty after 1 Year from Date of Purchase:

If your Champagne Opener breaks please return along with $4.00 to cover Shipping & Handling.

If your broken opener is accompanied with an order, then add just $1.00 for each replacement.

If you are returning more than one broken opener then add just $1.00 for each additional replacement.
